Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Site Clinical Lead (Plaistow, NH)

We are hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Lead Provider in Plaistow, NH. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced APP who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered urgent care while mentoring clinical staff and shaping a collaborative, efficient, and safe care environment. As the site’s clinical leader, you will ensure clinical excellence, support new graduate providers, and promote best practices across the team.

Position responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Act as the clinical lead for on-site nursing and APP staff.
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license (or eligibility) and an unrestricted DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
