Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Site Clinical Lead (Concord, NH)

We’re hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Concord, NH team as the site’s Lead Provider. This role is ideal for an experienced APP who enjoys hands-on urgent care practice and wants to shape clinical care and mentor newer providers in a busy, fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as the clinical backbone of the location—driving quality, supporting staff development, and helping create a collaborative culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals, including precepting and performance feedback.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous clinical improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols to keep patients and staff safe.

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain/maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
