Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Clinical Site Lead)

Full-time Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) needed in Manchester, NH to serve as the site clinical lead in a high-volume urgent care. Responsible for delivering urgent care to all ages, ensuring clinical quality, mentoring new providers, and promoting a safe, efficient, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care diagnosis and treatment for patients across the lifespan
• Serve as clinical leader for on-site clinical staff; coordinate clinical workflows and protocols
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health staff
• Promote and enforce evidence-based practice and clinical quality standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and clinical protocols
• Participate in quality improvement, case review, and team meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• National certification as an NP or PA
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for NH licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred
