Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time) - Swampscott, MA

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Swampscott, MA. You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions, working closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You’ll have the option to work across several nearby locations, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule

• Centers are open seven days a week. Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Full-time and part-time roles available. Full-time is defined as a 36-hour workweek.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $75-$85 per hour.

What we’re looking for

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP.
• Current or eligible licensure in Massachusetts.
• Prior urgent care experience preferred.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Familiarity with universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused, team-oriented approach.
