Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - North Andover, MA (FT/PT)

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in North Andover, MA. You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions while working closely with physicians and clinical staff in a busy, team-oriented urgent care setting.

You’ll have options to work at several locations across our network, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule

• Centers are open seven days a week.
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Both full-time (36 hours/week) and part-time roles are available.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $75-$85/hour

What we’re looking for

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification as a Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Current or eligible licensure to practice in Massachusetts
• Prior urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Working knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused, collaborative approach
