Urgent Care NP/PA - Flexible Boston Metro Clinics, Competitive Pay + Bonuses

Join a growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Schedule

• Centers open 7 days/week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours/week; part-time available
• Flexible scheduling across sites

Compensation & benefits

• Hourly rate: $75.00-$85.00
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Preferred: experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
