Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Practice, Alpharetta GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Alpharetta, Georgia, where you’ll deliver patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. This role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values work-life balance - there’s an extended weekday schedule, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to an adult patient panel
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions, and address urgent needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with the care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage an expected patient volume of about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000-$280,000 plus a 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, per initial mention)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
