Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Team-Based Primary Care in East Point & West Marietta (Low Panel, Extended Visits)

Join a mission-driven primary care team serving East Point and West Marietta, Georgia. Full-time role practicing alongside experienced, collaborative care teams in a patient-centered model that prioritizes prevention, wellness, and relationship-based care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary range: $200,801-$317,053
• Average patient panel: 10-15 patients per day
• Visit length: 30-60 minutes
• Focus on quality of care rather than visit volume

Clinical Model & Team

• Team-based care with Whole Health Coaches and interdisciplinary support
• Extended appointment times to enable meaningful patient interactions and comprehensive care
• Emphasis on prevention, wellness, and long-term outcomes

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Primary care experience preferred
