Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Clinic, Dallas GA (FT, No Call)

Location: Dallas, GA

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week (Mon-Fri) between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: Saturday or Sunday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient volume of approximately 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits:

• $230,000-$280,000 base + 20-30% incentive potential

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
