Seeking a full-time outpatient Family Medicine physician to join a community-focused practice in Peoria, AZ. 100% outpatient with minimal call responsibilities.

Schedule and Setting

• Full-time, outpatient clinic (no inpatient service)
• Minimal call duties

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Prior family medicine outpatient experience preferred
