Family or Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Community Health (Goodyear, AZ)

Location: Goodyear, AZ
Position: Full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician in a community health/outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with policies and regulations
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Basic computer proficiency and competency in clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic business English, spelling, and punctuation
• Cultural competence in working with diverse populations
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
