Full-time outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Guadalupe, AZ. 100% outpatient clinical role with minimal call duties, focused on community-based care.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Prior family medicine experience preferred
