Family Medicine Physician - Community Health Clinic (Buckeye, AZ)

We’re looking for a compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our team in Buckeye, AZ. This full-time role lets you deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse community in a supportive, community-health setting.

What you’ll do:

• Provide high-quality outpatient family medicine care for patients across the lifespan
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with policies and regulations
• Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless, coordinated care

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Practice residency
• Board certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Cultural competency and experience working with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong clinical skills and familiarity with standard clinical methods and techniques
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect effectively with patients, colleagues, and the public
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
