Hospitalist NP/PA - Full-Time SNF Care in Ovid, MI | No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay & Benefits

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Ovid, Michigan. We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage acute and chronic care for older adults in a team-based setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and assessments in skilled nursing facilities
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions; develop and adjust treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret labs and diagnostics
• Coordinate care with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document efficiently in the EHR using AI scribe and voice dictation

Schedule and work model

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Typical facility shift: six hours; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities

• Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat

Minimum qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
