Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Mt. Pleasant, MI | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Call, Competitive Pay

We’re growing our team in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. What you’ll do

• Work full time with flexible scheduling - six-hour facility shifts, with rounds typically starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Focus on efficient, thoughtful care without overnight or on-call responsibilities.

Tools and support

• Document quickly using a streamlined EHR that includes an AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate® at the point of care for real-time clinical guidance.

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
