Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Clinical Lead (Manchester, NH)

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to step into a Lead Provider role at our Manchester, NH urgent care. This is a great chance for an experienced APP who loves hands-on patient care and also wants to lead, mentor, and shape a high-performing clinical team in a busy urgent care environment. You’ll be the on-site clinical leader - ensuring excellent patient care, supporting new graduates, and helping build a collaborative culture focused on safety, efficiency, and positive outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages, managing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Serve as the clinical leader for the site, guiding on-site clinical staff and helping maintain high standards of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals; act as a preceptor when needed.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols to maintain a safe, efficient practice.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
