Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Site Clinical Lead (Belmont, NH)

We are seeking a full-time urgent care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Belmont, NH team as the site’s Lead Provider. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced APP who is committed to high-quality, patient-centered urgent care and to mentoring clinical staff. As the clinical leader, you will ensure excellent patient care, support new graduate providers, promote evidence-based practice, and help maintain a collaborative, efficient, and safe clinical environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients across the lifespan
• Serve as the clinical leader for all on-site clinical staff
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and uphold high clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must be maintained)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & benefits:
