Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Lead Provider (Multiple NH Locations)

We’re hiring full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to serve as Lead Providers across multiple New Hampshire locations. This is a great opportunity for experienced APPs who enjoy fast-paced urgent care, high-quality patient care, and mentoring clinical teams.

Where you could work:
Belmont, Keene, Plaistow, West Lebanon, Littleton, Concord, Nashua, Windham, Londonderry, and Manchester, NH.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and ensure clinical protocols are followed.
• Maintain regulatory and clinical compliance across your site.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

Compensation & benefits:

• $80.00 - $85.00 per hour.
