Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Site Lead (West Lebanon, NH)

Full-time Lead Provider role in West Lebanon, NH. Provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care while serving as the clinical leader for the site: mentoring new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health staff, promoting evidence-based practice, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory protocols, and supporting a collaborative, efficient, and safe team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as on-site clinical leader and primary clinical contact.
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate providers and clinical staff.
• Implement and uphold evidence-based clinical standards and protocols.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with leadership on staffing, training, and clinical improvements.

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active state license (or eligibility) to practice in the region.
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.
