Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Site Lead

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Plaistow, NH team as the Lead Provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who enjoys delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and who wants to mentor and support clinical staff in a busy urgent care environment. As the on-site clinical leader, you’ll help shape clinical practice, support new graduates, and build a collaborative culture focused on safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for the site and a resource for on-site staff.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must obtain and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

• Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour.
