Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Clinical Lead Role in Keene, NH (Mentorship + $80-$85/hr)

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Keene, NH team as the site’s Lead Provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who loves patient care and enjoys mentoring others. You’ll be the clinical backbone of a busy urgent care center - delivering excellent, patient-centered care, supporting new graduates, and shaping a collaborative team culture focused on safety, efficiency, and great outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals; act as a preceptor when needed.
• Promote evidence-based practice and ensure consistent compliance with clinical and regulatory protocols.
• Help build a positive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient safety and efficient workflows.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
