Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Clinical Lead Role in Littleton, NH (Mentorship, $80-$85/hr)

We’re looking for a full-time urgent care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Littleton, NH team as the site’s Lead Provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who loves patient care and wants to mentor others in a busy urgent care environment. You’ll be the clinical point person for the site - supporting new graduates, guiding clinical staff, and helping shape a culture that values safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive urgent care for patients of all ages.
• Act as the clinical leader for on-site staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and help ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory protocols.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice where required.
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
