Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Role in Tyrone, GA | Flexible Schedule, No Call, Strong Incentives

Join a friendly, growing outpatient team in Tyrone, Georgia, where you’ll have the flexibility to focus on patients without the burden of after-hours call. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and enjoys working closely with a collaborative clinical team.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting
• Work closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus a 20-30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as specified)
• Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
