Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Clinic, Duluth GA

Location: Duluth, Georgia

Overview:
Join a growing outpatient primary care team caring for adults. This position offers extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties. Ideal for a clinician focused on high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative setting.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays/week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (scheduled across three days)
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adult patients
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient volume of approximately 2-2.2 patients/hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
