Urgent Care NP/PA - Flexible Shifts, $75-$85/hr + Productivity Bonus (Boston Metro)

Join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston metro area as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for immediate start.

Schedule

• Centers open 7 days/week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours/week; part-time options available
• Flexible scheduling across sites

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $75.00-$85.00/hr
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient for visits over 4 patients/hour

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
