Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Waltham, MA (Sign-On Bonus)

What we’re looking for

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• At least six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or another fast-paced environment; strong new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent clinical judgment, clear communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
