Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Boston Metro, Flexible Schedule & Strong Pay

Join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area as a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role provides the chance to practice across multiple clinic locations, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule

• Centers open seven days per week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours/week; part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling with coverage across multiple sites

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $75.00-$85.00/hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient for volumes over 4 patients/hour

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
