Urgent Care NP/PA - Newton, MA | $5K Sign-On, Avg $96/hr, 5 Weeks PTO

Location: Newton, Massachusetts (suburban Boston)

Overview
We are a growing urgent care organization seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: $75-$85 per hour
• Performance incentives: up to $25 per hour (average hourly rate ≈ $96)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000
• Paid time off: Five weeks per year (vacation, holidays, sick time combined)
• CME: Three paid CME days annually; additional CME support available

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license
• Minimum six months clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar fast-paced setting; strong new graduates considered
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Availability to work every other weekend
