Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) - Lawrence, MA

Join a well-established outpatient primary care team in Lawrence, MA, where you’ll provide care to patients of all ages in a friendly, community-focused setting. This full-time position offers a predictable weekday schedule and a supportive environment - new graduates and Spanish-speaking clinicians are especially welcome.

What the role looks like

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
• Typical patient panel: 14-16 patients per day
• All-ages patient population
• EMR system: MediTech
• Call schedule: to be determined
• Visa sponsorship available: J-1 and H-1B candidates encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Massachusetts license (or eligibility) and DEA registration
• Eligible for hospital privileges
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Comfortable with EMR use and clinical documentation
• Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive base salary: $260,000-$290,000 plus incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice coverage with tail, and paid time off
