Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician wanted to join an established interdisciplinary outpatient practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA.

Practice and team

• Collaborative, team-based care integrating primary care, psychiatry, behavioral health, nutrition, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and health coaching
• Emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered primary care with integrated physical, behavioral, and preventive services

Position details

• Full-time outpatient role, splitting clinical time between Amherst and Northampton
• Base salary $220,000-$250,000 plus 30-40% productivity-based bonus
• Potential Medical Director opportunity for interested candidates

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborative interdisciplinary practice
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, or quality improvement is a plus
