Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician - Outpatient Practice (Amherst/Northampton, MA)

Join an established, interdisciplinary practice serving patients in Amherst and Northampton, MA. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care with strong clinical and administrative support. Leadership-minded physicians may have the opportunity to serve as Medical Director.

Position details

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Practice across Amherst and Northampton
• Base salary: $220,000-$250,000
• Productivity-based bonus: 30-40%
• Potential Medical Director opportunity
