Locums-to-Perm Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care (Amherst, MA)

Join a well-established, interdisciplinary practice in Western Massachusetts offering a locums-to-perm opportunity providing comprehensive outpatient primary care in a supportive, team-based setting. You’ll care for patients across Amherst and Northampton, working alongside physicians, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, and other complementary health professionals to deliver evidence-based, preventive, whole-person care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• $150 per hour

What you’ll do

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care at Amherst and Northampton locations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care and support patients’ long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary colleagues, including behavioral health providers and specialists.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds.
• Active or eligible DEA registration.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to practice effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• New graduates welcome.
