Federally Qualified Health Center serving 36 communities in North Central Massachusetts seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician based in the greater Gardner, MA area. The center is a multi-site, non-profit provider offering urgent care, primary family and pediatric care, preventive and restorative dental care, oral surgery, behavioral health for children and adults, substance use disorder treatment, and specialty services (optometry/optical shop, acupuncture, nutrition, podiatry).

Compensation

• $180,000-$210,000, DOE

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Massachusetts medical license (Board of Registration in Medicine)
• Current DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance registration
• ACLS or CPR/AED certification
• Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at facilities used by the center
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
