Locums-to-Perm Outpatient Family Medicine Physician - Northampton, MA

Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine (or Med-Peds) physician needed for a locums-to-perm role with an established interdisciplinary outpatient practice in Amherst and Northampton, MA. New graduates welcome.

Compensation

• $150 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across Amherst and Northampton sites
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care and support long-term patient wellness
• Coordinate care with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, and other team members
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active or eligible for DEA registration
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• New graduates encouraged to apply
