Urgent Care NP or PA – Competitive $75–$85/hr, Multi-Site (Haverhill/Methuen/Beverly)

Join a growing urgent care team in the Merrimack Valley area and help deliver compassionate, high-quality care for patients with non-emergent conditions. You’ll work alongside physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced, modern urgent care environment across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

This is a full‑time opportunity (36-hour workweek defined as full-time), though part‑time schedules are also available. Centers are open seven days a week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and weekends 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Compensation is competitive, with hourly pay ranging from $75–$85, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

We’re looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is board certified (Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP preferred) and current or eligible for Massachusetts licensure. Prior urgent care experience is preferred. Candidates must hold current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications and have a working knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered, team-oriented approach are essential.
