Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Full-Time in Swampscott (Competitive $75–$85/hr, Multi‑Site)

Join a growing urgent care team in Swampscott, MA, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions. You will work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and excellent patient experience.

Locations: Opportunities available at multiple sites including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule: Centers are open seven days a week. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Both full-time (36 hours/week) and part-time positions are available.

Compensation & benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $75–$85, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license; eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, team-oriented approach
