Urgent Care NP or PA – Beverly/Surrounding Sites | $75–$85/hr, Full- & Part-Time

We are hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for non-emergent acute conditions at urgent care centers in and around Beverly, Massachusetts.

Locations

• Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, Haverhill

Schedule

• Centers open seven days/week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time = 36 hours/week; part-time available

Compensation & benefits

• Hourly rate: $75–$85/hour

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of non-emergent urgent care conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced setting
• Provide patient education and follow-up care as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinic protocols

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license; eligible for MA licensure if not currently licensed
• Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills; patient-focused approach
