Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – North Andover, MA

Join our growing urgent care team in North Andover, Massachusetts as a full-time clinician providing high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions. You’ll work alongside physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting where collaboration and excellent bedside manner are valued.

Where you’ll work:

• Multiple site opportunities across Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.
• Modern, well-equipped centers with access to advanced medical technologies and resources to support excellent clinical care.

Schedule:

• Centers open seven days a week. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Both full-time (defined as a 36-hour workweek) and part-time roles are available.

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay of $75–$85.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP.
• Current or eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
• Urgent care experience preferred.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented, patient-focused approach.
