Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Site Clinical Lead (Keene, NH)

We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Lead Provider in Keene, NH. This leadership role combines direct patient care with clinical oversight, mentoring, and quality assurance in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients across the lifespan.
• Serve as clinical lead for on-site clinical staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistent quality of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals; provide precepting as needed.
• Promote and enforce evidence-based practices and site clinical protocols.
• Monitor regulatory and clinical compliance; facilitate continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current certification by an NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license (or eligibility for NH licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain/maintain).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.
