Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Lead Provider) - NH Locations

Join our team as a full-time Lead Provider at one of several urgent care locations across New Hampshire. This role is ideal for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who love hands-on patient care and want to take on a leadership role supporting and mentoring clinical staff in a busy, fast-paced urgent care setting.

Where you could work:
Belmont, Keene, Plaistow, West Lebanon, Littleton, Concord, Nashua, Windham, Londonderry, or Manchester, NH.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care for patients of all ages.
• Act as the clinical leader on site, guiding daily clinical operations.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health team members.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

• Pay: $80.00–$85.00 per hour.
