Job Description
Join our team in Belmont, NH as a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and step into a rewarding Lead Provider role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced APP who loves hands-on patient care and is excited to mentor others in a busy urgent care environment. You’ll lead the clinical team on site, help shape a culture of safety and efficiency, and support new graduate providers as they grow into confident clinicians.
What you’ll do:
- Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
- Serve as the clinical leader for on-site staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care.
- Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals.
- Champion evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, clinical, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
- Active state NP/PA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
- Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
Compensation & benefits:
- $80.00–$85.00 per hour.
