Lead Urgent Care NP/PA — Clinical Site Lead, Mentorship & $80–$85/hr Benefits Included

We are hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the Lead Provider in Londonderry, NH. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced APP who is committed to high-quality, patient-centered urgent care and enjoys mentoring clinical staff. As the site’s clinical leader, you will ensure clinical excellence, support new graduate providers, and promote a collaborative culture focused on safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must maintain)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & benefits:
