Lead Urgent Care NP/PA — Lead Provider (Windham, NH)

Join our Windham, NH team as a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant serving as the site’s Lead Provider. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced APP who is committed to high-quality, patient-centered urgent care and enjoys mentoring clinical staff in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure clinical excellence, support new graduate providers, and cultivate a collaborative culture focused on safety, efficiency, and superior patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and uphold high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for NH licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must be obtained and maintained).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

• Hourly pay: $80.00 – $85.00.
