Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care (Tyrone, GA)

Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join an outpatient team in Tyrone, GA. Flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Mon-Fri coverage window): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (shifts scheduled within this window)
• One weekend every other week: Sat or Sun, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears); manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs seen in primary care
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage approx. 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive potential

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
