Job Description
Join a growing outpatient team in Duluth, Georgia, where you’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative environment. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values comprehensive care, enjoys working with a dedicated care team, and prefers a predictable schedule without on-call duties.
What the schedule looks like
- Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
- One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Provide evidence-based primary care to adults, including routine exams and preventive counseling
- Perform common office procedures such as Pap smears and manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Evaluate and treat urgent care needs that present in the primary care setting
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members to support quality outcomes and continuity of care
- Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
- Manage a patient panel averaging about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
- Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus a 20-30% incentive plan

Who we’re looking for
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered)
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
