Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Practice in Hamilton, GA (No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, where you'll practice high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values comprehensive care, clear communication, and teamwork. This role emphasizes work-life balance with an accommodating schedule, extended weekday hours, and minimal weekend commitment - no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Deliver evidence-based primary care to an adult patient population
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care counseling and support overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review lab results and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage an average patient volume of about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license - or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
