Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Clinic (Braselton, GA)

Join a growing outpatient team in Braselton, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This role features a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and treat urgent-care needs within the primary care setting
• Perform routine exams, including Pap smears
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a patient panel averaging ~2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Uphold professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
