Medical Director / Attending Physician (Hospitalist) - Skilled Nursing Facilities, Escanaba MI

Provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Escanaba, Michigan. This full-time role partners with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and chronic conditions, conduct assessments, and coordinate care across assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
