Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Site Clinical Lead) - Windham, NH

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Lead Provider at our Windham, NH urgent care. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who excels in clinical care, mentorship, and team-building within a fast-paced urgent care environment. You will serve as the site’s clinical lead - ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care, supporting new graduates and allied clinicians, and promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, clinical, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must be maintained)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

• $80.00-$85.00 per hour
