Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Clinical Site Lead, Mentorship Role in Nashua (FT, $80-$85/hr)

We’re hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Nashua, NH team as the site’s Lead Provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who loves patient-centered care and enjoys mentoring clinicians in a busy urgent care environment. You’ll be the clinical go-to person on site, helping ensure excellent care, supporting new graduates, and building a collaborative, efficient, and safe team culture.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site staff and a resource for complex clinical questions.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinical protocols.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by an appropriate NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
